How can you assist me in planning my event?
We go step by step. We work on the most important steps first, review where we are once those are done and then move to the next level of planning. We use time developed checklists and customize them to each customer so we are able to keep organized and on schedule with the planning of your event. We also know that you might get the first few steps planned out yourself and then think, what else is there to do? We love to help with partial planning as we can fill in all the blanks to show you what little items still need to be done and make sure to get them done on a schedule, not the last week.
Will I lose control my event?
Our mentality is we are here to help you plan YOUR event. Our goal is to make it feel like it is truly your event, so we want it to reflect you in every way possible and you will make all the FINAL decisions. But do you have the time and energy to track down all the possibilities and options? Most likely not. That is where Devotion to Detail assists you in preparing for your special day, but making sure you have been able to use your time most effectively and enjoyed your planning experience.
What is day of event coordinating and why would I be interested in that service?
Day of event coordinating is a great investment for your day as it takes all the planning that you have done and turns it over to an expert. Your onsite coordinator then guides your day managing all the details of the day from the developed timeline you have discussed with the coordinator. It includes working with your other vendors if you request and allows the honored guests and their families to truly enjoy their day. We take care of all those little details that you wonder who will do this throughout your busy day.

I love taking care of all the details that are small matters separately, but together add up to make a big difference. I love to make a difference in people’s life by running my own business.

My personality, fun and funky. My approach to an issue- make it special. If there is something you want that you don’t know how to make it work, highlight it, make it stand out on purpose. And my attitude- I constantly strive to use my positive energy to everyone know that this is what was supposed to happen, and guests respond to this positive energy by enjoying themselves even more.
